It looks like a bowling shirt to me.
I had last night’s episode taped, and just watched the credits in slow-mo, but no go on a “Jeff Probst’s wardrobe probide by…” I guess he just picks out his own clothes like the rest of us slobs!
I’d try outdoors-y clothing suppliers like Land’s End, Gore-tex, & LL Bean. They might be able to help you out.
