Some of my favorite T-shirts are wearing out. My “Benny’s Bait Shop & Sushi Bar” shirt (from Wireless) has a hole in it. My “OUT OF BODY, back in 5 minutes” shirt (also from Wireless) is quite faded. I got a nice “Old Crow” shirt from Rotten Cotton, but the rest of their shirts were just too wierd. I’m hoping to find something written in twisted “Engrish” or maybe one in Japanese that translates as “foolish Yankee tourist,” or something. Maybe an ad for Portugese condoms, or one that implies I visited the Frederick’s Museum of Lingerie. Heck, I don’t know. I’m so bored with my old shirts, I just bought a tiedyed SPAM shirt from Hormel Foods’s web site.
Do you have Spencers Gifts where you are? If so, they usually have a variety of cooky T-shirts. Also any tourist shops (this depends on where you live live) where you live will probably have some wierd stuff especially if you live near New Orleans or San Fransisco.
Goodwill often has neat things, if you catch them right after a shipment. Hot Topic always has interesting T-shirts. Like Shera said, Spencer’s is a good bet, and maybe a Gadzooks too, but that depends on the store itself.
Thanks, folks. I ordered some from NorthernSun. I might get some from tshirthell. Some day, I’ll have a shirt with numbers and the name of a team I don’t play for. On the back, it’ll say, “Your Name Here.”
Cafe Press will put pretty much whatever you want on a tshirt. I got one that said " Banned by the Taliban" shirt before all this folderol started. Also check out dangershirt.com–“Shirts guaranteed to get you beaten up”.
