A coworker of mine was describing a movie he saw years ago, but he couldn’t remember which one it was.
Okay, there was this boy sitting in a classroom, and apparently, the town has been invaded by aliens who have taken over everyone’s bodies. You could identify them by a bandaid on the back of their necks.
So he’s sitting there, and then their teacher, who also had a bandaid, just swallowed a frog whole.
The next scene my friend remembers is that the kid is searching the alien ship underground.
Any help?
My fella seems to think that this is “Invaders from Mars”.
It sounds really familiar to me, but he’s the more of the “Martian movies” fan in our house, so I’ll go with his answer
Oh, these don’t usually trigger for me, but this one did.
I want to say “V”, but I can’t be sure. The band-aid & frog are tripping a memory of some sort.
The back of the neck thing is classic “Invaders From Mars” imagery. There have been at least two versions, the original was made in the 50s, and a more recent one in the 80s. The recent one is the most likely culprit.
Definitely Invaders From Mars.
