What real countries/locations have been covered in console shooters?

These are the one’s I can come up with:

United States (many games)
Mexico (Rainbow 6 Vegas)
Russia (many games, COD4)
Iraq (many, including COD4- masked, but pretty obvious)
France (Medal of Honor, lots of other WWII games)
Germany (same as above)
UK (Fall of Man)
Japan (Medal of Honor- Rising Sun)
Afghanistan (Army of Two)
China (Army of Two)
Egypt (One of the bonus levels in Goldeneye… I think they admitted it was Egypt)
Vietnam (Many)
Venezuela (Conflict Denied Ops)
Ukraine (as USSR, COD4)
Somalia (Many, including Army of 2)

Either Angola or Mozambique was in the first Soldier of Fortune, I can’t recall which.
I’m sure some or all of the Low Countries are in lots of WWII games, but I can’t recall specifics.

Can anybody add anything?

I want to shoot up someplace new. Maybe give Canada or those cocky Tongans a lead shower.
