What really makes up one’s self esteem?
Is it about feeling in control? Control of one’s life, one’s destiny, one’s relationships with their family, loved ones, and others?
Is about one’s perception? How one perceives the world or how the world perceives them? Body image always gets mixed in with Self Esteem.
