I liked The Money Pit too.
Still can’t get over the Mr Blandings remake with Ice Cube… arghghgh! George Clooney I could stand - he’s got the classic look, he could swing the Cary Grant role. But Ice Cube… oh dear.
A Logan’s Run remake, I like the idea of that. Some people on the IMDB board suggested Cillian Murphy as Logan - I really like that idea! He can be my male counterpart anyday.

Also, in the novel, the youth-only civilization was not limited to one domed arcology, it covered the whole world. (Nolan presented this as a logical result of the Baby Boomers’ youth revolt reaching “critical mass.”) Which is highly implausible even by SF standards – the idea that a society where nobody is over 21 could build and run a global high-tech civilization. I wonder how they’ll play that in the new movie?
That makes sense - a pubescent mind re-creating a pubescent film.
