This is my 499th post. This almost coincides with my 2nd anniversary as a poster. Wow. Only 38 years and I’m in the clique!
Looking back, though, with numbers like that it’s very hard to make a big impression. I’ve had a few threads that sank like stones, two or three that went over one page, at least one that was a complete disaster, and one pit OP that I’m really proud of…
I want my 500th post to be special, though. You know, something to make threadspotting, you know, something on the order of “Ask the Gay Guy”, or “What if LOTR had been written by someone else”. I’ll even settle for “The Horror of Blimbs”.
So, I’ve been toiling away at a few OPs; a few semi-serious rants, a debate, a MPSIM game… But I’m not sure if I have gold or not.
So, I think it’s better to ask for your suggestions before hand: what should I do with my 500th post?
