We’ve tried the clam chowder in a sourdough bowl served along the market piers in S.F. Holy mackrel but that’s good eating on a cold, drizzly afternoon.
I wish I had been smart enough to ask for ideas of what to do with my first failed attempt homemade, from scratch, sourdough bread. I’ve had two successful loaves following that first attempt. So don’t give up yet. It’s well worth the effort.
