What should I put on the back of my Harris-Walz t-shirt?

Back during the presidential campaign, my wife bought us a couple of Harris-Walz t-shirts. Mine says “Harris Walz '24” and below that “For The People”. I was thinking I should take it to a t-shirt shop and have some pithy saying put on the back for when I’m wearing it out in public.

A couple I thought of:

“Any Regrets Yet?”

“If You Voted For T***p, You Don’t Get To Complain”

(Obscuring you-know-who’s name to avoid auto-tagging)

Anybody have any better suggestions?

You could just write, “NOT MY FAULT.”

If it were me, I might be a bit circumspect about wearing the shirt(s) in public, much less adorning them with a phrase that could effectively be viewed by the unstable as a left-wing bullseye.

Sincerely.

Replace the “4” with an “8”?

“I Told You So”
“We Told You So”
“Told You So”
“Sounds Better Now, Doesn’t It?”
“What Could Have Been”
“Hindsight 20/20”
“Looks Better Now, Doesn’t It?”

I think I like the hindsight one best for subtlety and playing off the front text in a way.

How Much Were Your Eggs?

Kinda depends on where. I’m in a college town, so we’re an island of blue in a sea of red. I wouldn’t worry about wearing it to the grocery store, or walking around downtown. But I’d maybe think twice if I was heading out to the farm supply store.

We tried to warn you.

To paraphrase Cato the Elder: MAGA DELENDA EST!

Don’t surrender pre-emptively.

I’ve got Harris stickers on my car. They’re not coming off.

How about “let me help entrench your beliefs even more,” because rubbing it in is a sure way to get someone to dig in their heels.

No one likes to admit they were wrong, and they’ll go through ridiculous mental gymnastics to avoid that, especially if you rub their nose in it.

" We welcome you, even if your face has been eaten".

Stolen from Mad Magazine: “You could do worse…and you always have!”

Surprised no one has suggested “Don’t Blame Me” yet.

@thorny_locust I’ve still got my Harris bumper sticker on my car, and don’t plan to take it off, as it is a really nice sentiment - it says “Mālama Kamala” with a drawing of a lotus (I guess “Kamala” means “lotus” in Sanskrit or something). In Hawaiian, “mālama” means “care for.” Only a few of those bumper stickers were made; I was lucky enough to score one.

Agreed! That one is great.

Oh yes. That one is the taker.

(And it carries the implication: “You could change your mind, and say so.”)

Without context I think that quote suggests the wearer is now having second thoughts about casting their vote for Harris because she lost. I don’t think that’s OP’s intention.

I suggest putting something along the lines of “Never in history has the good guys been the ones to ban books.”

We Wuz Robbed!
