From what I’ve read online it is just a jingle written for the commercial. But it seems to almost be an homage to another song. Anyone else get that vibe?

I find it quite similar to a tune that was commonly used in old movies and TV shows to denote Indians (Native Americans). Don’t know the name of it.
The rhythm of the guitar vaguely reminds me of “Howlin’ For You” by the Black Keys.
I can see the similarities to all the ones listed, but I have the feeling there is one that’s even more similar. Maybe something from the 60-70s?
Real Ginger, huh? I bet Jamaican ginger also made that claim.
I’m going to assume it’s not this, even though it is what it reminds me of.
The twanginess reminds me of ESPN’s poker (WSOP?) theme but I can’t find a sample that really matches it, mostly thanks to Lady Gaga’s Poker Face hit dominating the search results.
I swear I heard a similar poker-themed song with lyrics but can’t find that at all. I think it may have been an ad for one of the poker websites…?
I think I may have found it!!!
Although it is hard to tell I’ve been listening to sooo many songs lately.
I think the jingle reminds me of “Railroad Boy.”
Govt Mule version
NosyBay version
I get a whiff of the “Injuns!” music, too. But when I listen tothe first few bars, what I hear in my head is someone singing “Na, na, na-na-na-na na…” (no real words, just “na” repeated). Something from the early '70s, I think, or maybe the late '70s.
Makes me think of Wild Thingby the Troggs.
Not even close. That’s “Na-na-na-na, na-na-na-na,” not “Na, na, na-na-na-na na…”
Does this charthelp identify it?
Reminded me, a little, of the opening to AMC’s Hell on Wheels.
