I don’t know if this is right, but it kinda sounds like “Bailamos” by Enrique Inglesias, but the lyrics are pretty butchered, LOL. You can hear a midi of it here and see if that if the same song. Or maybe I’m just trying to fit your lyrics into that one. BTW, these are the acutal lyrics.
