Hi in relation to your question it’s ironic as I was wondering the same of my neighbour, it’s freezing hear in the UK and the bedroom window is constantly fully open with curtains fully open…a strange construction buzz from their house along with vibrational noise and nighttime drone, so yes it sounds like it could be a grow house but I never get any wiffs of cannabis 2 years of sleepless nights depending on the cycle but hay the authorities hear have done nothing about my concerns and tormenting horrible droning noise…
Kunilou asked me today to follow up on this thread. Yes, they did eventually close the window, but it was essentially spring by then and if they closed it to warm up the place, they were fooling themselves. There was never any evidence of drug manufacture or any other illicit activity, just a good case of WTF?
The window remained closed in subsequent winters.
Well, that is a rather disappointing ending! Please let us know if they do anything else crazy. Crazy neighbors make daily life more interesting, as long as they are quiet and don’t knock on your door.
