What the hell is Trump?

Yeah, that’s the most likely outcome.

Trump has his goons forcibly eject Univision anchor Jorge Ramos from his news conference.

Did a bot post that for you? Your cite contradicts everything you said.

Ramos was out of line there, but Trump showed indecision by letting Ramos in later. But the report is clear about what did happen early:

It is clear that what for the other reporters that Trump was looking like a chicken if Ramos was not allowed to ask questions, then Trump relented.

Weird. My post of the ytube of the White Power shout in Alabama didn’t work. We try again

Thanks to even sven for bringing this up.

As someone whose parents immigrated to the US from Mexico, I guarantee that Trump as nominee would see unprecedented political activism from Latinos against him. He already has more than 50% net disapproval from Latinos, and this isn’t just because of being anti-Republican, since several Republican candidates are in positive territory and the next lowest, Ted Cruz, is at -7%.

Now Trump can talk about political correctness and straight talk all day long, and it might win him the nomination, but he’s just digging himself in deeper. His statements do not exist in isolation, and the Latino community, as diverse as it is, has pretty widespread experience and associations with what people who talk like that think and how they act. We don’t need white people’s permission to be offended.

the next president of the United States of America

yes oh my … quite eye opening … how offended are you ? …

he doesn’t address it because it is insignificant … he knows and we know he’s not about that … address some idiot in a crowd yelling ‘white power’ … are you serious ? … obama had a lot of black voters who voted for him simply because he’s black … I guess he should’ve addressed those idiots as well … and he attended a racist church … nonstory

ramos was in over his head there … got completely destroyed

Trump is at 35% in NH. Those “his ceiling is 25%” people keep getting it wrong.

Trump’s masterful handling of the Univision bumbling reporter will probably get him to 40%.

While the Republican establishment has long been skeptical of Trump’s chances, one leading GOP pollster says he’s becoming a believer.

After a two-hour focus group on Monday evening, Frank Luntz expressed disbelief at how recordings of Trump’s political flip-flops and remarks on women did nothing to dissuade his supporters.

Luntz said it’s time for Republican leaders to “wake up” and realize the grassroots has “abandoned them.”

“You guys understand how significant this is?” Luntz asked reporters, according to Time. “This is real. I’m having trouble processing it. Like, my legs are shaking.”

Luntz had previously predicted the “destruction” of Trump’s candidacy after Fox News’s first debate in early August. But he now told reporters that the celebrity tycoon is here to stay, according to those who attended the focus group on Monday.

“Nothing disqualifies Trump,” he said.

But Lee Miringoff, the director of the Marist Institute for Public Opinion, told The Hill that Trump’s rise is unlike that of any candidate in recent memory.

“He’s broken every rule of the campaign consultant’s manual and to no ill effect,” he said.
Luntz is smart. He should not allow his personal feelings affect his work. I think he did - after the debate. He’s learning.

If one call masterful to lie to the American people, Trump knew who Jorge Ramos was but he told all that he did not. And then he also showed that he does not know that the birth right citizenship was already tested in the courts. His retort that he would deport people with humanity, and his other points remain an empty promise.

And when Ramos mentioned that the huge opposition Hispanics have against Trump showed that Trump is deluded that he will get the Hispanic vote, Trump did not deal with that, he just reminded to Ramos that he is part of the lawsuit that he has against Univision.

And yes, Trump did tell all with a straight face that he did not know who that reporter was, Trump helpfully demonstrated it was a lie when Trump knew early on to tell Ramos to go back to Univision.

Two possibilities for Trump’s apparent inconsistencies: one, Ramos was the only Hispanic reporter in the room; two, Ramos was wearing a Univision press pass. Each of these could identify him as a Univision reporter without Trump knowing who he was in a personal sense.

But having said that, how do you feel about Bill and Hillary Clinton, GIGO?

Not buying it, Gorge Ramos is well known in Univision, and right after Univision dropped Trump’s Miss Universe pageant, Trump mentioned Ramos directly when Trump told his followers on instagram that reporters like him were begging for interviews.

(Cite in Spanish with the instagram image)

So, Trump will lie (and keep doing it) and he will hope that his followers will ignore it.

As pointed before, a lot of very conservative family members are not going to vote for him, and bow it is more likely that they will join efforts to defeat Trump, what I have seen is indeed what it was a reactionary and conservative media group suddenly breaking ranks with the Republicans like Trump. So yeah, he is deluded too into thinking that most Hispanics will support him.

They already paid, and the country prospered, now about sending 11 million undocumented out:

So yeah, keep the good work and ensure that Trump will be the Republican candidate.

I really do think that if the contest is with Hillary vs Trump we will see a lot of “Hillary Republicans” joining hispanics and the women’s vote.

Again, how do you feel about Bill and Hillary Clinton, GIGO?

Not my problem if you want to ignore it, as I said before I think they already did pay for their indiscretions, and most did agree, Bill Clinton left office more popular than when he began.

And Trump by not dealing with his lies will letthem fester then and let them grow. (And I’m not talking just about ones he made about Ramos)

What lies have they paid for? Bill paid for taking advantage of an intern and lying about it. What about the other 3,630,783 lies he and his wife have told in their careers?

Clearly lies only matter when it’s a Republican, yes, no?

Trump is more popular than when he began. Does that make any lie he tells okay then?

But of course, just have to show to many moderate Republicans how the points coming from Trump supporters are indeed of the low information quality.

No, the point was that the American people did recognize that the efforts of the republicans to get Clinton were so appalling and tone deaf that the end result was that most people did forgive him.

No, because nobody died when Clinton lied, the lies made by the people like Trump, who is on the record of denying human induced global warming among other things, will not be conductive to peace; but to a lot of suffering. That Trump is also an anti-vaccine guy shows that he is supporting false ideas that are not safe for life either.

Jeez! When come back bring coherent.
