Struan got it right, but it should be noted that calling someone a podophile in a clinical sense would require that they ONLY get aroused by feet. A clinical fetish is an exclusive paraphilia, a condition in which one can ONLY become aroused by the object that is fetishized. So all those people who enjoy shrimping as a side dish to the rest of relatively normal sexual relations are not strictly podophiles.

There is the slightly different term for a person that likes well-groomed feet: pedophile as in someone that loves pedicured feet.
Shrimping is just sucking your lover’s(’) toes. There is a new definition spreading that’s identical to felching (except through a straw), but I always discount sexual neologisms…
I think that one’s taken…pediphile, maybe. But the possibility of confusion with a well-known and generally vilified paraphilia would tend to stay my tongue (no wink intended) from using it.

I remember a rather bizarre excursion through this on a different board at the time that Charles and Camilla’s affair came out, in which a rather erudite Brit pointed out that the traditional usage is “pedophile” = person attracted to feet, while “paedophile” = person attracted to children. Still gives grounds for confusin, given the American usage, but an interesting sidelight.
In point of fact, if I had to describe the Prince of Wales’ fetish, I’d say podophilia.
