What to do with a dozen egg yolks?

Vegetarian bacon? How on earth do they pull off that off? Is it a soy thing? Do you fry it? Is it nice and fatty and drippy yet crunchy at the same time? I must know!

Yes it’s a soy thing, and I microwave it. It isn’t greasy, but it’s crunchy. Think huge, bacon-strip sized fake bacon bits. :slight_smile:

As for jelly omelets, they’re good. I used to make them as a kid… but they were just plain egg omelets with jelly added right before they were folded over–there was no bacon or cheese or whatever in there.
