What you want is to take this thing out and paint it in dazzle. Old AND new school…
The critical part ISTM would be any use of exotic materials or special classified fabrication/assembly techniques for the materials or for the EM-signature shielding, and a lot of those would be structural so you want to prevent it from being reverse-engineered by removing as much as you can then then chopping up the mounting hardwar so it’s hard to tell how it was properly installed.
The general architecture part of stealth for this rig OTOH would not be strictly state of the art anymore, a number of other navies have stealth type vessels by now (Examples from such as Sweden, France, even Mexico has a half dozen moderately stealthed-up Ocean Patrol Vessels. BTW notice that when you go from development model to a real fighting vessel, it’s pretty darn hard to maintain full stealth and still be able to do things like, y’know, look out and shoot out. For one thing at the very least you want your radars up on a superstructure to give you range, and then they become a big flashing beacon on your position).
