What tools are used to make Browser toolbars like Hotbar and Yahoo toolbar?
essentialy, they are just simple programs that run within your browser (via a plugin) hotbar and yahoo are closed source, so i can’t say what they were made on. If you are looking at making something similar, you might do a search for “IE5 plugin creation” (or what ever browser you use)
