What type of graphics program opens a *.cgm file?

I got some sent to me but can’t get them to open.
My local tech said to try MS Paint, Image, or Word, but none says it can open them.

I know they are small images of product logos, so it’s in color and maybe of the 3-20K variety of object.

With Kalash on this, Paint Shop Pro will open them…you can also set file preference to open virtually any graphics files in it.
