What unpopular things do you like?

Me too.

You know what? I miss the “mullet.” Business in the front, party in the back.

Sardines. Are those considered unpopular? I have fond memories of sharing cans of mustard sauced sardines with my granddad. He’s been gone 20 years now but I still think of him every time I crack open a can.

They must be. Several years ago, a grocery store here in town closed and had a liquidation sale, and by the time I got there, the shelves were mostly bare, except for two big bins of cans of sardines and anchovies! :stuck_out_tongue:

And plenty of Ben & Jerry’s that got shoved to the back of the freezer. I’m tall enough to have spotted it, and could climb up and retrieve it. Half price B&J’s? Heck, yeah!

I love whaling, but it has sadly fallen out of favor.

You know, I like them all. I’m not much of a sweets person, but to just chomp on, I love milk chocolate. Even Hershey’s. Yes, even though I one day realized it has a vomit-like taste to it, I still like it, and sometimes a Hershey’s almond bar is just the chocolate bar to do the trick. I like dark chocolate, but not really so much as a food to be enjoyed by itself (except for the milder forms of dark chocolate). And I also like white chocolate (lie that it is) from time to time, especially as an ingredient/coating/sauce for something else.

I like milk chocolate (to the point where it’s difficult for me to go a day without it) and wasn’t aware it was unpopular.

Folk punk

I know, right?

White chocolate. Creamy, rich, delicious white chocolate.

Bald men, and spinach. Not at the same time.

Not unpopular.

Oh, it’s still alive and well. You just aren’t hanging with the right rednecks evidently.

French toast dipped in ketchup.

Talk radio.

Tamales in a jar.

I enjoy Spam. The pseudo meat not the electronic variety. I fry it and make a sandwich or sometimes mix it with fried eggs. This dates back to when the Army was dragging dad around the world. Needless to say, I am banished to the balcony when I consume this. Even the cats and dog stay away…

Eggs with bleu cheese dressing.

I miss big 80’s hair and wearing a shit ton of accessories. It was fun to get ready in the morning back then.

Are you serious?! I thought I was the only person on the planet who liked this!

I’ll have to look that up. I like Hellbilly.

Start with Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Jim Lockey & The Solemn Sun, Ben Marwood, and maybe some Fighting With Wire or Future of the Left. Almost anything on Xtra Mile Records.

I like some hillbilly myself. Folk punk is softer. Tends to be ex punks (Frank Turner was in Million Dead, for example) gone solo.

Disco.
Crocs (but only in colors that actually look like shoes, not the day-glo ones).
Titanic (I even like that damned song).
Bagpipes.
Shoulder pads in jackets.
