It had a joystick you could rotate to make the hero’s shield go up and down. He was just walking slowly from the left to the right, full body, and the other button was for his sword. The shield could be put to low block, middle or high. Various flying weapons and fireballs would come whizzing at you and if you got hit you’d lose a bit of gladiator-type armor.
It was called…wait for it… “Gladiator”
