Actually, the upcoming “A Time To…” TNG series of novels (also to be considered canon from what I understand) will explain the events that have taken place in between Insurrection and Nemesis, including Worf’s story about why he is back in Starfleet in Nemesis.
Thats sort of what I thought, although the TNG two parters were actually better though so I’d rate the films below them as well
