This was about ten years ago. I saw video of the incident in which a reporter says “welcome to Bangkok” and then she meets an army of Björk. The savagery of the thing was actually startling.
All accounts seem to indicate that Björk was upset about being confronted by the reporter when her son was present, but other details are a bit murky.
Who was this reporter?
Was she stalking Björk?
What was Björk’s reaction after the event? I know she apologized, but I don’t know to what extent.
I seem to recall that she was provoked by the reporter asking a question directly to her child, who she tries to shield from publicity. There was also something about the press was told that she wasn’t doing any interviews at the airport, but showed up anyway.
I’ve seen the clip, and I’m just going to guess that Bjork is violently mentally handicapped or was severely exhaused or sick at the time. Look at her face during the clip - her eyes are glassy, staring ahead, and she’s sort of staggering along (and that’s before the attack!).
Anyone want to hazard a guess that she just heard the “cock” part and flipped out? Although, how does that explain this picture ?
