Saw it on TV in the late 90s and can only remember one scene.
There are several middle aged or older people, both men and women, in a room. When they open a door to the outside all they see is super dense fog and light. Its implied that the people who go through the door are killed somehow.
Watching Channel Zero: The No-End House reminded me of it.

Could it be ‘The Beyond’ ? It’s quite old, but there’s a scene that is similar…

The Fog? John Carpenter’s version was in the 80’s, but I think there was a newer (and worse) remake…late 90’sish?
