That was more like a Dorothy Hamil. Sheena’s 'do looks almost like a guy’s haircut - parted on one side and combed over and straight in the back.
Looks basically like a fade to me. Common “man cut.”
Oh, and she looks like Rachel Weisz in that picture.
Bah. My mother says I was thinking of a taper, not a fade. Sorry.
I dunno, but I had that basic hairdo through a lot of my high school years, in the 80s.
I was so cool.

And if you saw that hairstyle up top, things were usually all Jordachey and leg-warming down bottom.
