Wrong again! That was in response to being accused of using drugs. Point being: White male cis-het privilege dulls the mind. Being a member of a trodden-on minority sharpens the mind. I know that Jews experience this all the time, so do Black people. I would have included “Christian” in the list of privilege, because that is the top rung, but for the general atheism here.
I didn’t think they are very secretive about it. I’m not sure what that has to do with the current discussion, though.

To be an agent of change, you need to be able to get your message across to those who need to hear it. Part of that is crafting your message in a way that will be receptive to those that need to hear it. It’s not enough to have a message. The message must be relatable to those that hear it. Your passion is certainly coming through in your message, but it’s also coming across very strong. It’s like trying to get us to to drink from a firehose. It’s very forceful. People may resist what you’re saying because they are trying to resist the force of it rather than what the message is trying to get across. And I admit, I’ve been having a bit of trouble following your threads. I think you’ll make a bigger change by stepping back and trying to make your message more relatable.
And I hope you can see the irony of making this kind of insult when you had just created a thread about racism. This would also be a good instance for you to step back and consider why you felt it was appropriate to disparage a group of people when you yourself are trying to fight racism.
My entirely justified condemnation of Babale elicited an affirmation that I’m not anti-Semitic, that I condemn anti-Semitism in the strongest terms and I always have.
