Y’all are focusing on the name part, but saying it’s possible a woman is intersex because she didn’t have kids is way more insulting and idiotic.
I’m baffled by someone who would find out a woman doesn’t have children and think, “hmm, maybe she’s not actually a woman.” I am horrified by someone who would share that thought with others.

It’s incredibly distasteful, bigoted, and stupid to think that the possibility a person might be either trans or intersex is worthy of being a “favorite” celebrity rumor. FAVORITE RUMOR? Dear god. Please don’t tell us your runner-up favorite.
Also, thanks to @TroutMan for pointing out how offensive it is to speculate that she might be intersex because she doesn’t have children. There’s nothing wrong with being intersex or trans, of course. It’s just odious to indulge in ignorant speculation about a topic that’s so deeply personal.
Childless women are not rare at any age.
Absent personal knowledge of personal circumstances, any conclusion about an individual childless woman isn’t based in fact. So it must be based in something less real. And far less honorable.

Of course it was nasty; but it was nastiness that originated decades ago, not an original creation, it was repeating an old rumor, and I am sure that her specific brand of beauty contributed to the nastiness.

And the phrasing of “may have some truth to it” is really dumb. Without that though it would be completely fair to include as in keeping with a thread that gave a rumor of a baby sacrifice as part of a rock concert as its example rumor that is hard to believe has legs.
Still it is an example of a crazy rumor that has been around a long time that has quite a few idiots repeating as truth (citing the same reasons they believe it). Which was the thread subject?
Her, not him. She’s like a Gladys Kravitz who spends all day breathlessly spreading rumors on every website she can find. Even her “breaking news” threads are her trying to be the FIRST with bad news, regardless of its importance - often with “warning, trigger alert!”
