Kelly green and white.
We were the Squires, as the school was originally affiliated with the Catholic college which was next door (whose mascot is the Knights).
My alma mater closed its closed its doors in 1989.

Grade school and Jr High were black and white- the Cougars
High School was Blue and White- Let’s Go X!
Maroon and White
Red and white, the Pekin Chinks! Yeah they changed the name to the Dragons sometime after I left Illinois.
Unless I missed it…I can’t believe no one else had maroon and gold! We were the Hunters.
Man, always got a kick out of the sign “Home of the Chinks” as you drove down I57! :smack:
Our song was original also - Go Lane Go - written by an (I believe) a member of the faculty in the music department in the early 20th century.
*Go Lane, for we are here to cheer for you.
Go Lane, and win the day.
Be fearless and bold for the myrtle and the gold,
add laurels to our name - GO LANE GO!
Go Lane, we’re with you
Go Lane, we’ll cheer you
Go Lane, and win the day.
Just take this as a little tip,
We’re bound to win the championship,
So Go Lane, Go Lane Go.
We’re with you Go Lane, Go Lane, Go.
HIT EM HIGH, HIT EM LOW
We’re with you Go Lane, Go Lane, Go!*
Or something like that. I said it was original - I DIDN’T say it was any good!

This isn’t really an arts topic. Off to IMHO.
We were also the Falcons…but Red, White, and Blue, as God intended.
I went to Christian Brothers High School…the Brothers would have known about that sort of thing
Another maroon and grey.
My (main) elementary school was blue and gold.
Blue and gold. We were the Mt. Eden Monarchs.
Ponderosa High School Bruins wear pine green and grey.
Same.
Middle school was purple & yellow. I don’t remember grade school - red and something?
ETA: guess I should check the website. I don’t see anything explicitly confirming it, but the color scheme is mostly red and gold/yellow.
Go Wizards!
I can’t believe I remember all this, but…
HS: Red and blue (we were the Red Demons)
Jr. High: Cardinal red and white (the Cardinals)
Elementary School: Brown and white (the Eagles)
My high school had the same colours.
Red and Black, the Lions
Black and gold. Warriors, for the weary Indian on the End of the Trail statue, the city’s emblem/landmark…
Red and white. The Rebels. With a confederate flag and everything. Eep.
Fortunately the school has been defunct for many years now. Can’t say I miss it much.
It was the county high school. The city high school was purple and gold and The Panthers. Much cooler. But, even though we lived close enough to the city school to hear the marching band practice, we were just past the district boundary so had to ride the bus ten miles each way to the county school. I don’t much like school buses either.
Nope. It’s got to be gold.
Our school’s colours were gold and blue, always in that order. Why? Because that way, we could sing the first line of the school’s fight song as, “Give a cheer for the good old golden brew…”
“Yellow” wouldn’t work so well. ![]()
The official colors were brown and white, but orange was everywhere, probably in greater quantities than brown and white. A bunch of teams had orange and white uniforms with only some brown accents or no brown at all.
