Ugh. Overindulged a bit last night. Fortunately I’ve got no headache or queasy guts, but my hands are really shakey this morning. (This teeny-ass keyboard ain’t helping). Anyone have a suggestion?

A few alcohol free days and some fresh air might well do the trick. If it doesn’t go away soon - get some advice from your GP.
Medical (and hangover) advice is best suited to IMHO.

Rehydrate and eat something. After a night of heavy drinking, some fruit juice and a decent meal usually set me straight. YMMV, IANAD, and all that.

Have a big glass of water and dance wildly on the way to the bathroom. Then collapse on a couch or bed.
How long exactly did this over-indulgence go on for? shaky hands is a sign of alcohol withdrawal in someone who is physically addicted, which means regular heavy drinking for at least 3 weeks.
So um, a drink might help the problem temporarily. Or it should go away in a day or two.
There is a reason heavy drinkers call the first drink of the day a “hand steadier”
