What would you do if you saw your worst enemy/rival/whatever about to die?

Let’s say there’s this guy/gal that always goes out of their way to treat you like trash. They always try to make you look bad, twist your words around and spread horrible rumours about you in order to turn everybody against you. They cause you to get shunned by your own peers and lose friends.
If you had a job they caused you to get fired from it.

One way you see them in a life-threatening situation (dangling off a cliff/suffering a potentially fatal allergic reaction/getting mugged by a thug or simply needing medical attention).
If you refuse to help them nobody would know and you would face

Would you save the life of your bully?

Due to an incident in which one of my nieces was indirectly involved, I’d like to know the opinion of everyone on this matter.
