I DID get a fun opportunity in the spirit of this thread recently, though. The Boyfriend had seen – and greatly liked – a few episodes of Firefly, but hadn’t seen all of them. So, we’ve been gradually working through my DVD collection. It turns out he hadn’t seen the pilot. (HOW can a person want to watch a whole series and NOT immediately start at the beginning, but be content with picking out random episodes? I can’t wrap my brain around that. But I’m a little OCD, and a completest. And I digress …)
Anyway, so last week we watch the pilot, and I got to hear him laugh at “I curse your …” That was ALMOST as much fun as watching it the first time myself.
