My sister-in-law showed me this yesterday. A 10-Month-Old’s Letter to Santa. As the parent of an 11-month-old, I think this list is hilarious. Especially #1 and #4.
I clicked the link with some trepidation, thinking “this will probably be cloyingly sweet, dumb, or both.” But I found it quite funny and on the mark, even as the parent of a 211-month old. Thanks for sharing.
Bwahahaha!! It’s been two years since we had one of these, but it’s still true.
The other thing on my kid’s Santa list was paper. Paper for eating. A couple of sheets of that seaweed paper that you wrap around sushi totally made her Christmas.
I can tell you what my 16 month old did NOT want, and that was that Santa fellow.
My niece is 6 years old, and she’s still like this. >_>
I sent that to my husband and for a minute he thought I wrote it until I told him I don’t own any bobby pins.
As the grandmother of a 10-month old, I had to look. I think my little guy’s list would include remotes to any device whatsoever (all to eat), definitely the cell phone (he has already figured out how to take a selfie), and the one about the dog’s hair.
Was your domicile new-built just for you? Because if it was ever occupied by human beings before you, it has bobby pins. You just haven’t found them. But a baby will. Oh, yes, a baby most certainly will.
