Inspired by this goofy but global video http://youtube.com/watch?v=zlfKdbWwruY&feature=user
I decided to collect snapshots of culture, music, and commentary from around the world that are posted on YouTube. I’m planning on using some of them as intro/filler in an Introduction to world geography class I will be teaching in the fall. I’m partial to wiki-National Geographic type material – stuff that would explain a place and its people, particularly if it is made by the folks who live there.
