What Youtube videos are your favorite for WW2 Military History?

I freely admit I haven’t watched a whole lot of youtube content about this but I did stumble across an Englishman that I think is doing some fantastic work. There are some conclusions about Operation Market-Garden that I don’t agree with but the amount of effort this guy put’s into them is amazing. Right now I’m watching his Operation Crusader Battlestorm series. So far there’s 14 parts to it ranging from about 20 mins to as long as 50 mins. I only had some vague knowledge about Operation Crusader and the whole North African campaign so its been quite an informative viewing with the amount of detail he goes into. Here’s a link to the first one to give you some idea of what I’m talking about:

By the sounds of things, he intends to do a similar Battlestorm series for Stalingrad which will dwarf the time and effort put into Operation Crusader.

I really like Military History Visualized (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCK09g6gYGMvU-0x1VCF1hgA). They have a ton of videos on WWII. I also like Binkov’s Battlegrounds (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPdk3JuQGxOCMlZLLt4drhw) though his are more what if or what would happen if type videos. There is also Lindybeige (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9pgQfOXRsp4UKrI8q0zjXQ) who has some good WWII videos on his channel. I subscribe to a bunch of general history channels on YouTube as well, but they don’t have as much WWII stuff on them.

Second Lindybeige, his videos on things like Western approaches are unmissable.

Thanks. I’ll have to check some of them out. Here’s another fella that did a great job with the Coral Sea battle. He’s currently doing one on Midway:

It took awhile but here’s his Midway video. Part one focusing on the Japanese and the fog of war added to put the viewer in the shoes of Nagumo.

A Soviet documentary miniseries from almost a decade ago: Soviet Storm: WWII in the East.

Indy Neidell started covering hisweek by week coverage of WWII last September.

Not a series, but an excellent WWII Documentary on the P-47 Thunderbolt. Some fairly dry humor and wry observations from the narrator.
