If you’ve ever seen any footage covering Camille, once clip that is always shown is Jane Robertson talking to a reporter saying that her house “should be around here somewhere,” then melting down when she finally spots what’s left of it after Camille.
That didn’t sound like a meltdown. It sounded like she’s amazed at how far her house moved, or that it isn’t totally demolished, and is laughing at the absurdity of it. She already knows at the beginning of the interview that she isn’t going to find more than a pile of rubble.
