They were a UK boyband that had a great song, “Say it once”, in 1998 but have since disappeared from view.
http://members.tripod.com/~Kerg/etc/ultra.html is an article about them.
Anyone know what happened to them?

Well, their official website on EastWest has gone, so presumably they’re not signed to them any more. After some truly horrendous Google searching, it appears that their fansite webring has gone too. Given that the two biggest fansites I found haven’t been updated since 1999, I think it’s safe to say that they’re gone.
I don’t know - there is something strange and sinister about their disappearance. Other ex-boyband members seem to pop-up all over the place (PLEASE fuck off, Dane Bowers) but I’ve not heard hide nor hair of these guys.
Also: what happened to the UpsideDown boys? Didn’t they have to rename themselves North & South or something after a management split?
Upside Down were voted worst band by Smash Hits in 1996, reformed as Orange Orange and then split up.
There are some disturbing websites out there.
Sort of sad, isn’t it?
Back to the day jobs I guess.
What must it be like to have once been in a band - especially a one-hit, crappy band - and have to go back to stacking shelves or typing or whatever? Glimpsing that tantalising keyhole of mega-world-fame but having the door slammed shut in your face before you ever quite make it?
And here I thought we were talking about Ultraman’s ultra-family.
No rubbery latex monsters here…
No relation…
