In keeping with this year’s theme of doing everything on line, I plan to just use Google calendars. It’s very nice, because it syncs across all my devices, and I can even access on my work computer. I share my calendar with my husband and vice versa, so we can both see when the other has a doctor’s appointment. We also have special purpose calendars that show up on the screen on different colors. (“When you son is busy” is one he used to use to let me know when I shouldn’t expect him home for dinner. Now that he is married and lives elsewhere, i use it to tell him when he’s expected to show up for family gatherings.)
Every year until this one i have also purchased a paper calendar. In fact, two, one for the fridge and one for this office. But I’m not going to this year.
My local hardware store has free calendars with $5 off coupons for every month, so I use those. I never look at it, though, since I use my cell phone calendar for most things, and often realize the wall calendar is 2 months behind if I haven’t been to the hardware store in awhile.
I am fond of Yoga Dogs and Yoga Cats calendars, though.
I loved Boris’ early work. He did the best Frazetta imitations in the business. Then he got successful enough to pursue his own muse, and his own muse is not that great. Since he developed the bodybuilder fetish, he’s gone downhill.
