It is apparently a Greek insult, but what does it mean? In the 1980s classic “Hardbodies II,” one character says it means “butt-head.” I know someone who is married to a Greek, whose name is very similar-sounding to this term, and she said that it can be kinda embarrassing when someone meets her husband, because it’s easy to mispronounce their last name to the Greek word for “masturbater” (-or?). I don’t know Greek, and I’ve never seen the word in print, so I don’t know exactly how it’s spelled, so that’s my best approximation.

Malaka. Greek for asshole, bastard, that sort of thing. Well, that and just about anything else. A young Greek will call his friends malaka all the time, for example. A very versatile word.

Coldfire nailed it. It literally means “one who jerks-off constantly”, but it’s english equivilant is “asshole”.
I don’t have any stats, but I’d wager that it is the most used Greek word. 
As far as I know, malaka is masturbator, malakia is masturbation, and kolotripa is arsehole. Well, so my Greek friends tell me.
