What's a trina? (John Forster - Tone Deaf)

Not in CS, because I’m looking for a definition.
John Forster has a song called Tone Deaf. One of the lyrics goes…

I couldn’t find “trina” on m-w.com or dictionary.com. In addition, on John Forster’s site, the word is in quotation marks, leading me to believe it’s not a real word.

It’s obvious that the word is meant to denote a type of dancer. Does anyone here know what a “trina” might be?

Well, Googling “Trina dancer” brings up Trina Parks, an (apparently) at least semi-famous dancer in certain circles.
