I’m having Lipton’s Chicken Noodle soup with two slices of buttered bread.
I’ll probably munch on some mixed nuts later, and I have some mint candies on my desk for dessert.
What’s your workday lunch today?

Loaded chopped baker.
“Aaaargh aargh aaargh”
Leftovers: pasta with some tomato sauce, black olives, and feta cheese. Mmm, good.
I don’t really eat lunch. I bring a sackful of foodstuffs, celery stalks, a sandwich or two, protein bars, apples, whatever, and have several small meals throughout the day, but nothing on the scale of a formal lunch.
During my actual lunch hour, I usually go to Hooters down the road and have a glass of tea. [sub]I swear, honey*
Nice coding, asswipe.
I’m probably going to Wendy’s as I usually do. I’ll have a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, no mayo, Biggie fries and a Biggie Pepsi.
A lunch special from this great place around the corner: smoked turkey and Swiss cheese on toasted fresh baguette bread, with lettuce, tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, fresh homemade mayonnaise and “secret spices,” plus a small bag of potato chips and a Diet Barq’s Creme Soda. Later, if I am not in a food coma, I might also throw in a packet of spring vegetable flavor Lipton Cup·A·Soup. Let me tell you: it was TOTALLY worth skipping breakfast for. I LOVE lunch.
That’s ass-weepay.
I hate all of you. Namely because I have a fuji apple I was planning on, but now I have to find something impressive. Looks like homemade meatloaf and REAL mac & cheese for me today.
Lessee here… pretty much the same as usual. Two peanut butter sandwiches on white bread, two bananas, and one Macintosh apple I probably won’t eat (I just like Granny Smiths better). Ah, the gourmet dining of the intern.
Today it is all about Chick-Fil-A’s grilled chicken salad. They come with garlic croutons, sunflower seeds, dressing-o-yer-choice (my choice being Ranch) and tomatoes that I give to anybody that wants them.
These are big ol’ honkin’ salads too…none of this diet chicken salad for me.
I had a chicken breast stuffed with broccoli and cheese, over a bed of rice, smothered in cream gravy. And half an iced tea. My tummy feels a little funky now.
I had a traditional oriental style fried rice mixture of sweet green peas and shoestring carrots, scrambled egg, and green onions combined with a blend of sesame and soy sauce topped with roasted chicken white meat. AKA Lean Cuisine Chicken Fried Rice. A total fave.

I brought in a chicken salad sandwich from 7-11, but right now it looks like we’re going to Fatburger instead. Then after that, we’re heading over to Trader Joe’s.
Spagetti, a roll, a salad and Sierra Mist. And a cigarette.
A sandwich. Honey wheat berry bread filled with leftover Outback Aussie Cheese Fries and a swipe of Dijon mustard, heated in the microwave to the proper temp.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (with reduced- sugar PB and sugar-free J–tastes as good as regular with a fraction of the carbs and calories!), baby carrots, and diet orange pop.
Warm pastrami on rye with mustard.
