The term for “to eject” is: “den Schleudersitz auslösen”, but “Lös den Schleudersitz aus!” would be much to long in an emergency situation IMO.
So I would guess if you want to tell somebody to get out of a plane ASAP you would yell: “Raus da!” or some such.
But I am not military personnel, and there might be a different word that I am not aware of.
