Available evidence suggests that GoComics is more or less sorted out. I found several news stories indicating the problem was with Andrews McMeel in general.
I never sign up to have comics sent to my email, I always read them onsite.
One would think that the site administrator(s) for GoComics would’ve learned something from the November 2022 incident. But, evidently, one would be thinking incorrectly. With no warning whatsoever, they dropped the Garfield Classics feature. At the same time, the Back to B.C. feature was idling and that idling lasted until just a few days ago. Again, no notification of that.
Yes, I know it’s still a first world problem, but, hey, let me destress without having to hunt around the Internet.
I like to read the comments on the comics, at Comics Kingdom. Unfortunately, I can’t read them without a paywall (maybe free the first couple days of the month). So I just read them elsewhere (Seattle Times or Arcamax) and go to the comments on CK. I subscribe to most comics from the Arcamax site and they’re sent to my mailbox.
I know Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal last I checked had its last strip on Halloween of the past fall. Dunno if GC is to blame or its creator ( Zach Weinersmith)-latter has new strips on his own site, note.

I gave up on those and just read the great comments on the Comics Curmudgeon site*… Josh’s, but also everyone else there is pretty witty.
*The hilarity of deconstructing the Soap Opera Strips is wonderful.
.
eta: I’m taking a break from newspaper strips. Those “Soap Opera Strips”? They’re SO boring right now. Mary Worth, Judge Parker, and Rex Morgan? Even Luanne and Crankshaft? Not a lick of that Inadvertent Hilarity these days.
