I think it’s bad lipo in an attempt to get a flat stomach. She looks like she’s gaining some weight, she should have a little pooch. She really looks like she never sobers up and that’s gotta be great for the abs.

I read on AwfulPlasticSurgery.com (I think) that it’s scar tissue from too much lipo. Yuck!

Looks to me like she’s got well developed abs, but a bit of flab over them. I don’t think it looks bizarre in any way.
She looks like shit. All that partying and terrible plastic surgery has caught up to her in a big way. The before and after pics on the plastic surgery site are proof of that.
And her old smoker lady voice is also disturbing.

Plastic surgery, man. That’s why her belly button is so weird in those shots. It’s just a little hole junior can look out of. He’s pissed though.
Ha ha ha ha. I guess I was the only one who learned a valuable lesson from that Tara Reid movie where she plays a girl who gets drunk at a party and blacks out and everyone does bad things to her like write slut on her forehead in magic marker.
My diagnosis for her stomach is that her lipo doctor missed a spot. I also accuse her of being drunk when she bought that bikini and then drunk again when she decided to wear it.
Plenty of doctors do it with wonderful results. Even Dr. 90210 does some of his like that. If it’s done properly you can’t even see the scars.
Tara needs to sue.
