Thanks. I’m not really surprised that I hadn’t heard of it. In the military we were mainly engaged in above-ground construction and renovation, and that was from the 70s and 80s. The only underground was usually building utilities, not main lines. Post military, our contracts were either building renovation, remodeling or replacement. No street work involved.
