Whats in *yerrrrr* tummy?

Today for lunch i have made a very delicious sandwich. It has butter, mayonaise, mustard, marble cheese, pickles, tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper and topped off with some romaine lettuce. This is inbetween two slices of some kind of darkish bread, baked fresh at the local grocery store. Then to drink I have a tall glass of Splendido. Its a “lightly carbonated citrus beverage”. For desert I have some chocolate frozen yogurt.

This is very mundane and pointless but I was so pleased with my delicious lunch that I thought i’d share.

So…whats in YERRRRRR tummy?!

Just came from a pot-luck lunch. Grilled chicken and ribs, some Doritos, macaroni salad and deviled (?) eggs.

Starbuck’s dopio macchiato.

And a mozzarella, tomato and basil sandwich in about TWO MINUTES!

A banana. And I’ll be having a “turkey & swiss on whole wheat” here in a little while.

MMMmmmmmm… Lunch!

I’m gonna hit the local Chinese Buffet in about an hour and pig out. BBQ chicken, Orange chicken, fried rice, Mushroom chicken, Pepper chicken, pork egg rolls, egg drop soup…

Chick-fil-a sandwich, waffle fries and a Dr. Pepper.

Yes…a restaurant chain called Chick-Fil-A.
Do they not have these EVERYWHERE??? What a shame!!!

Thin sliced roast beef on alpine 7 grain bread with nothing else but a generous dollop of Ingelhoffer sweet hot mustard, a banana and glass of skim on the side.

My son had leftover-from-last-night BBQ ribs, a slice of the 7grain with a little butter, a banana and pink lemonade.

Leftovers, but not just any leftovers… couscous with peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, and tofu with spices. Yummy.

One of my signature dishes (it’s my hopped-up version of a recipe from one of the Moosewood books). I used to be a vegetarian for 7 years and still make this occasionally.

A cup of cream of crab soup and a half turkey club sammich.

Yummy, yummy, yummy - I’ve got veggies in my tummy!

I had a nice big salad, made of lettuce, cukes, shredded carrots, mushrooms, green peppers, celery, and shredded cheese.
This eating in the middle of the day thing is most wonderful. I should do it more often!

Pizza, salad, and a whole bunch of Diet Coke.

nothing, absolutely nothing…I’m going to lunch now…if I could just decide what it is I want…

Chicken salad on marble rye with lettuce and tomato
small garden salad with oil and vinegar
Iced tea
chocolate frozen yogurt

Bacon (crispy), lettuce, and extra tomato sandwich on wheat toasted with mayo and a Dr Pepper.

Yum.

Stew and peach pie.

A garlic & herb cream cheese bagel, along with some milk.

Right now, a cup of Carnation Instant Breakfast, made with 1% milk and seven spoonfuls of the Insta-Brek powder. Also various pills that I took with the aforementioned drink.

And I’ll probably eat some leftover chicken helper for lunch a little later.
