What's in your liquor cabinet right now?

I’m not a huge drinker, but I do like to have a little something on hand.

I have:

Whiskey: Knob Creek, Jim Beam, Woodford Reserve, Jack Daniels Honey, Johnny Walker Black

Vodka: Svedka, Smirnoff, Stoli, Absolut Peppar

Rum: Captain Morgan, Bacardi
You?
mmm

A bottle of anything never last long enough to have another bottle of something else next to it. Also, they never make it to the cabinet. i just leave it on the counter. But curently there is a bottle of Smirnof someone left from Easter that I will probably finish off tonight.

Just bought Laphroig 10 year and Baker’s 7.

They’re not technically “in my cabinet” since I bought them for some friends who are putting me and two friends up for a weekend festival.

I’m almost looking forward to the whiskey more than the other events.

Sheeee-it. Got a couple hours?

We just moved a few months ago, so the liquor cabinet is low. But just now I saw:

Tullamore Dew
Elijah Craig
Jameson Black Barrel
Bacardi Silver
Wild Turkey 101
Ketel One
Evan Williams Bonded
4 Roses Small Batch
Old Granddad Bonded
Evan Williams Single Barrel
Flor de Cana Anejo

Rittenhouse Rye Bonded
Beam Devil’s Cut
Tito’s
Redbreast Lustau

Old Rip Van Winkle 10

That’s in the cabinet, and some of them are either multiples or handles. Still boxed are about a dozen single-malt Scotches and a handful or cognac/armagnacs. Plus the wine rack and all the beer, of course.

Mezcal: Del Maguey both Chichicapa and Vida

Ardeg Corryvreckan (Scotch)

Bulleit Bourbon

Knob Creek Rye

High West Campfire Whisky

Mt. Gay Rum

Luxardo cherry liqueur

L’Afrique vermouth; also Martini dry and sweet vermouth

Cynar

Cocchi Americano

Campari

It’s a closet, not a cabinet, I call it the ATF closet. (ATF= Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms)
From memory:
Kahlua
Barrett’s whipped cream flavor vodka
a chocolate whipped cream flavor vodka
a hazelnut liqueur
Korbel champagne (waiting for enough of an event)
Taaka vodka
Disaranno
an orange flavor vodka ( a grave mistake, I fear)
Cherry Pucker
Cruzan Banana Rum
a homebrewed blackberry wine from a patient
10+ bottles of wine

Maybe not quite this, but yeah, I’ve got probably a dozen core/standard items and then a really healthy mix of gins and whiskey/whiskys of all kinds.

The most interesting things in my liquor cabinet right now are about a third of a bottle of the Glemorangie Ealanta that won the top world whisky award in 2014, about half a bottle of the Kavalan Solist Vinho Barrique that won the same award in 2015, and close to two bottles of the Kavalan Solist Amontillado Sherry that won the single cask award last year.

(My in-laws live in Taiwan and use up their personal allowances bringing me Kavalan whenever they visit. This works for me.)

Bombay Sapphire
Wild Turkey rye
Bacardi white rum
Everclear
Absolute vodka
Goslings
Reposado 1800
Becherovka (Czech spiced vodka)
Serkerde cognac
Romana sambuca
Vermouth
Limoncello
Domaine de Canton
Kahlua
Luxardo
Creme de Violette
Campari
Licor 43
McClennands? scotch
Cointreau

We don’t drink much:

An unopened bottle of Bombay Sapphire.
Courvoisier V.S.
10 year old Taylor Fladgate tawny port
20 year old Graham’s tawny port
Pedro Jimenez Sherry
A bottle of Marsala (used for cooking)
A bottle of Martini vermouth (ditto)
A couple of bottles of homemade fruit liqueur

I inherited the liquor cabinet from my parents. I don’t drink, and neither did they, so whatever’s in it is stuff other people gave them and was probably never opened. Like several decades old.

I hardly drink, but I do like it on occasion. Right now I just have:

Some plum wine from Japan.
A small bottle of Blackberry Mead.
A bottle of Watling’s Rum from Nassau.
And I just got a 50 year old bottle of scotch from a client to thank me for their gains. Not a bad day.

Three bottles of wine that were in my father’s wine rack when he died. Only for guests. I gave up drinking a few years ago. It’s a young man’s game and I had done more than my share of it.

Everything.
Hell, there’s stuff in there I’ve never heard of.

Missed a couple. There’s also Templeton Rye, Bulliett Rye, Skyy vodka, several vermouths, a few bitters, some things like Cointreau, some peach schnapps and a bottle of some strange stuff I got from a fellow Doper in a shot glass exchange a while back.

I drink, but sparingly. I also cook a lot with alkeyhawl. This apparently leads to the mish-mash that is my liquor cabinet right now:

Extra-dry vermouth
Dry sherry, very dry sherry, cream sherry
Madiera
Marsala
Creme de cacao
Creme de menthe (green and white)
Creme de cassis
Chambord
Triple Sec
Limoncello (homemade)
Gran Marnier
Di Saronno
Kahlua
Campari
Wild Strawberry Schnapps (owing to an unfortunate flirtation with Brain Hemorrhages a couple of decades ago)
Applejack
Petite Sirah port
white port
Hennessy cognac
Remy Martin brandy
Christian Brothers brandy
Meyers dark rum
Bacardi white rum
Courvoisier
Smirnoff/Kamchatka/Pinnacle vodkas
Souza Blanco/Lunazel/Jose Cuervo Gold/tequilas
Jim Beam/Old Granddad/Kessler whiskeys
Jameson Irish whiskey
Makers Mark bourbon
Glenfiddich/Laphriaig single malt scotches
Bombay Sapphire/Hendricks gins (technically in the freezer)
A couple of fruity rums brought back from the Carribbean

As well as the usual assortment of bitters, Grenadine and Roses of Lime juice.

And not counting many wines.

I should probably get started on finishing this stuff up.

Two bottles of Shiner that have been there for over a year. Left by a visitor who b ought a six-pack and couldn’t take them home on the plane. There were three, but I drank one.

Most of a bottle of Cuervo Silver someone brought to my wedding three years ago, a bottle of Rose’s Lime Juice, some margarita mix, some other random mixers, half a bottle of XXX Shine corn whiskey, and a 1.75L of Canadian Club.
