I noticed that all the over-priced trendy energy drinks have taurine in them,whats it for?
The only things i can find on google is references to wound healing and possibly improving the muscles of the heart,but whats the relation to energy?
I only ever saw Taurine in Red Bull. I thought it was something they made up as a cheeky reference to Taurus, the sign of the bull. It’s a real thing?
