I understand that when you use colored lenses, they cover the iris (colored part) of your eyeball with another color to make it appear that your eyes are blue, green, purple etc. But, when your pupil dilates to adjust for changing surroundings, how does the colored lens work? Can you see through it with no problem? Does it somehow adjust size? Or does everything appear blue, green, or whatever color your contacts are?
