What's the difference between "Shufflin'" and the "Running Man?"

They look identical to me.

I’m bumping this because my girlfriend would also like to know the answer.

To add some context for people who were as baffled as I was when I first saw the question, I believe Shufflin’ refers to a relatively new dance, as exhibited in the video for LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem”. The Running Man is a similar dance which originated in the 80s.

They are basically the same. Maybe some different upper body motions but the core concept is identical.

Here you go.

And by the way, I’ve been stuck on the Party Rock Anthem ever since I clicked a link to the video in some youtube thread around here. Cool video.

Near as I can tell shufflin’ may or may not incur sideways movement. Yes?

Also I’m obligated to share this marching band tribute to “Party Roc k Anthem” for those who missed it:

(Party kicks in at about the 1:00 mark)

Okay cool, but WORST MOONWALK EVER! MUCH wprse than mine even. LOL

As demonstrated by the Kia hamsters and an army of killer space robots in one of the more random commercials I’ve ever seen.
This thread is timely as I was just about to Google “dumbass dances for wedings/bar mitzvahs/high school reunions”

Hmmm, I was going to say, “it’s not Shufflin that’s like Stephen King’s Running Man, it’s the Hunger Games trilogy that’s just like it!”

But then…and I…nevermind…
