The Song of the Count Censored is pretty damn hard to beat, IMO.
No matter how many times I see this video, it always makes me laugh.
Cat comes closer and closer each time you take your eyes off of it.
That is not funny. That scared the shit out of me!
Perhaps it is because they had to work with relatively innocuous material, considering their audience, they refined their technique so well that it overcame the lack of shock value in their humor. And of course the obverse is true, a lot of edgy comedians use the shock value as a crutch, with practically no technique.

It’s a bit meta and you do really need to watch the video cited (which is great in itself), but the payoff is fucking hilarious.
Maru - experiment with odd sized boxes.
As background, in case you don’t know, Maru is a cat, living in Japan, who has an absolute mania for climbing in boxes. There are many cute and funny videos of Maru, but this one is my favorite. His owners present him with various boxes, including very small, very shallow, and very narrow, to see what he’ll do.
