I’ve been drinking coffee for the past two hours. I’m probably into my second quart by now. Once my eyelids start twitching, giving the world a keen strobe-light effect, I’ll switch to tea.
Last night I broke the seal on a bottle of Talisker. After a rotten day, that really hit the spot.
11:00 a.m.–coffee
8:00 a.m.–Elations supplement drink (has glucosamine, chondroitin, vitamin C and calcium, and actually tastes good)
7:00 a.m.–Slimfast
Next up is water.
Skim Milk
Cinnamon- and clove-spiced Rooibos tea, with oat milk in it. The oat milk became an interesting bottom sediment.
Right now, I’m drinking Lipton Unsweetened Iced Tea. Before that, coffee.
Pure, unadulterated coffee (and since the whole pot is for me alone, strong enough to dissolve a spoon).
XL regular coffee from Tim Horton’s.
Ask me again in 5 mins and it’ll be a glass of water.

8 oz. of 2% milk. And it was maaaahvelous, dahling.
